One of the best roles is that of Auntie Amber! Our best friend (since 3rd grade!) has three adorable kids and Emily and I love nothing more than throwing them fun themed birthday parties. Our bestie might rank throwing a birthday party as one of her least favorite things to-do-ever (anyone else feel the same – you are not alone!), so it works out rather well. 🙂
Greenlee and I collaborated on what theme she wanted and knew that Avila beach was the perfect spot for her Mermaid Party. No venue to rent? First come, first serve? Auntie Amber will go early and save the spot don’t you worry. 😉 Guests were greeted with a large focal of #kbeballoonbar deliciousness in all the dreamy mermaid colors. Our favorite? The jumbo marble blue balloon!
Having an “activity” at any kids party is an easy way to keep kids entertained and having fun. This Mermaid Braid Bar was a hit for the kiddos and adults alike!
Beach pails of Swedish Fish candies, Gold Fish crackers & Pirates Booty popcorn were cute and on-theme.
The cake and sea themed desserts were made by our friends at Papercake Events. So cute! Our seashell napkins and watercolor plates were the perfect touch!
Each guest took home a shell treat bag – one of our most popular items on the shelves in our shop.
