Having planned events around the globe in India, Portugal, Canada, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, England, Iceland, and across the United States, Karson Butler Events offers a unique boutique approach to event planning. They have their pulse on not only what’s happening in their home offices of California & Washington, DC but also in markets across the globe. Recognized leaders and industry experts, Amber + Emily have appeared on The Today Show and in national publications such as The Washington Post, Martha Stewart Weddings, The Knot and more! Amber (Cal Poly / BUS ’01) returned to San Luis Obispo in 2014 to open a west coast office of Karson Butler Events. She also currently sits on the Advisory Council for Cal Poly’s Experience Industry Management Department and teaches the department’s Strategic Event Planning classes. Emily oversees the company’s east coast operations from Washington, DC.
